1. The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Your First Purchase

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for your first-ever purchase of any paid Applisot plan. This guarantee provides you with a risk-free opportunity to experience the full benefits of our platform.

  • Eligibility: This guarantee applies to the initial purchase of a Basic, Pro, Business, or Founders' Pass plan.
  • Timeframe: You may request a full refund within 30 calendar days from the date of your original purchase.
  • Exclusions: This guarantee is valid only for your first purchase and does not apply to any subsequent plan renewals, upgrades, or additional app submission fees.

2. Subscription Plans: Renewals & Cancellations

Our Basic, Pro, and Business plans are offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually).

  • Automatic Renewals: To ensure uninterrupted service, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Non-Refundable Renewals: Payments for subscription renewals are non-refundable. We send out renewal reminders via email prior to your billing date.
  • Cancellation Policy: You are responsible for managing your subscription and can cancel at any time from your Dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period, after which you will not be charged again. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining time in the billing cycle.

3. Plan Upgrades

When you upgrade from one plan to another (e.g., from Pro to Business), the fee for that upgrade is non-refundable as it grants you immediate access to a new tier of features, such as the ability to list deals or submit unlimited apps. Your original 30-day money-back guarantee (if applicable) is tied to your very first purchase and does not reset upon upgrading.

4. The Founders' Pass: Lifetime Deal

The Founders' Pass is a special, one-time purchase offering lifetime access to our Pro plan features.

  • This plan is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee, applicable only within the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • After the initial 30-day period, the Founders' Pass becomes non-refundable.

5. Fees for Additional App Submissions

Users on plans that do not include unlimited app submissions may be required to pay a fee for listing additional apps. These one-time fees for app submissions are non-refundable once the app has been submitted for review, as the review process begins immediately.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund that falls within our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, please contact our support team at support@applisot.com. Please include the email address associated with your Applisot account and your proof of purchase.

Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases where we detect abuse of this policy, such as repeated sign-ups with different accounts to exploit the 30-day guarantee. Our goal is to provide a fair opportunity for genuine customers to evaluate our services.
